Cookie Notice

Last updated 12 October 2026

This notice explains how ListingMate (ABN 65 809 392 374) (ListingMate, we, us) uses cookies and similar tools on our website and platform. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Similar tools include pixels, tags and local storage. They help a site remember you, keep you logged in, and understand how the site is used.

Some cookies last only until you close your browser (session cookies). Others stay on your device until they expire or you delete them (persistent cookies). First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by other companies, such as analytics or advertising providers, and can recognise your device on other websites.

AdvertisingMeasures our ads, and lets us show ListingMate ads to people who visited our websiteMeta PixelBrowser settings, and the ad opt-outs below

We do not run Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel on the property and vendor pages we host for agencies.

Google and Meta may collect information such as your IP address and browsing activity on our website. Their own privacy policies apply to how they use it.

Other technologies

  • Browser storage. We may store small amounts of data in your browser (local storage) for similar purposes to cookies. You can clear it in your browser settings.
  • Pixels in emails. Sales emails we send may contain a small image (pixel) that tells us whether the email was opened.

Your choices

  • Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, you won't be able to log in.
  • Blocking images. Most email apps and browsers let you stop images loading, which stops email pixels from working.
  • Advertising opt-outs. You can control ads from Meta in your Facebook ad preferences and from Google in My Ad Center.
  • Mobile devices. Your device settings may let you limit ad tracking.

Opt-outs apply only to the browser and device you set them on. If you opt out of targeted ads, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.

Changes

We may update this notice when the tools we use change. The latest version will always be on our website.
