About ListingMate
ListingMate is social media software for Australian real estate agencies. It markets each listing on the agency's own Instagram and Facebook, in the agency's own brand.
What it does
You paste the link to a listing on your own website, or connect the website so new listings come in by themselves. ListingMate plans a post for each stage the property goes through: coming soon, just listed, open home, a feature post, a price change, under offer and sold. It writes each caption, draws each image in your logo, colours and fonts, and puts the posts on a calendar.
Nothing posts without your approval unless you switch Autopilot on. It is off until you do. Approved posts go out on your agency’s own Facebook Page and Instagram account on their dates. They carry your brand, not ours.
Who it is for
Agencies that want every listing marketed on social media without someone writing and designing each post. Solo is for one agent, $89 a month plus GST, with up to 6 listings running at once. Agency is for an office and its team, $349 a month plus GST. Both are month to month. The details are on the pricing page.
