How much does ListingMate cost?
ListingMate has two plans. Solo is $89 a month plus GST for one agent, with up to 6 active campaigns and one login. Agency is $349 a month plus GST for an office, with unlimited campaigns and 5 logins. Prices are in Australian dollars. Both plans are month to month with no lock-in.
Do the prices include GST?
No. Prices are plus GST. Solo is $89 a month plus GST, so you are charged $97.90. Agency is $349 a month plus GST, so you are charged $383.90. GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new agency gets 14 days free, with no card. During the trial you can run up to 6 active campaigns, the same as the Solo plan. If you have not chosen a plan by day 14, publishing stops. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. You are charged on the day you choose a plan.
What happens to my listings and drafts when the trial ends?
They stay. If you have not chosen a plan by day 14, publishing stops, approving a post is refused and no new listing starts posts. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. Choose a plan and it takes effect straight away.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Both plans are month to month. You are charged the same amount each month until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
In ListingMate, open Connections, scroll to Plan and press Manage billing. That opens Stripe’s billing page, where you cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. After that nothing publishes until you choose a plan again, and your listings, posts, Brand kit and connections all stay.
What counts as an active campaign?
A campaign is active while its listing still has posts to go out: posts waiting for approval, or approved and scheduled. When a listing’s posts have all been published, skipped or cancelled, it stops counting. On Solo, a new listing that arrives from your website while all 6 places are full waits, and starts by itself when a place frees up.
How do I pay, and do I get a tax invoice?
You pay by card each month. Stripe takes the payment, so ListingMate never sees your card details. Each time a payment goes through we email a tax invoice that shows our ABN and the GST.
Is there pricing for a network of agencies?
Yes, by quote. Networks reselling ListingMate across several agencies get custom pricing. Each agency runs as its own brand, with its own accounts and data. Contact us and say how many agencies you have.
