White-label Schedule
Last updated 12 October 2026
This Schedule applies only if the Order Form says it does. It lets the Customer present the Platform under its own brand, and, if listed in the Order Form, make it available to its own offices or network members.
1. Branding
1.1 ListingMate will configure the Platform to show the Customer's name, logo, colours and, if requested, a custom domain (the Branded Platform).
1.2 The Customer gives ListingMate a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use its brand only to set up and run the Branded Platform during the term.
1.3 The Branded Platform may show a small "Powered by ListingMate" notice in the footer and login screen.
1.4 The Customer owns any custom domain used and is responsible for its registration and renewal. ListingMate will give the DNS settings needed.
2. Network Offices
2.1 The Order Form may list offices, franchisees or network members that may use the Branded Platform (Network Offices). Each Network Office's users are Authorised Users of the Customer.
2.2 The Customer is responsible for each Network Office's use of the Platform as if it were the Customer's own use, including paying Fees for it.
2.3 Before giving a Network Office access, the Customer must have an agreement with it that is at least as protective of ListingMate as clauses 4 (Customer responsibilities) and 6 (Customer Data and privacy) of the Subscription Agreement, and the review requirements in the AI Output Schedule.
2.4 The Customer must not resell or give access to anyone other than its listed Network Offices without ListingMate's written consent.
3. What the Customer may say
3.1 The Customer may describe the Branded Platform as its own marketing tool. It must not:
- claim it owns or developed the underlying technology, where that statement would be misleading;
- make promises to Network Offices about features, availability, security or support that go beyond what this Agreement provides; or
- remove or change any legal notices ListingMate requires in the Platform.
4. Support
4.1 The Customer provides first-line support to its Network Offices. ListingMate provides support to the Customer's nominated administrators under clause 2.3 of the Subscription Agreement.
4.2 ListingMate may contact Network Office users directly about security issues, service outages or legal requirements.
5. Privacy
5.1 If Network Offices put Personal Information into the Branded Platform, the Customer must make sure each Network Office meets the obligations in clause 2 of the Data Processing Schedule.
6. When this Schedule ends
6.1 When the Subscription Agreement or this Schedule ends, ListingMate will remove the Customer's branding from the Platform, and the Customer will stop using any ListingMate materials and update any custom domain.
6.2 If the Subscription Agreement continues without this Schedule, the Platform will revert to standard ListingMate branding.
7. White-label fees
7.1 Any extra fees for the Branded Platform or Network Offices are set out in the Order Form.
