Choose a plan and pay

Pick Solo or Agency on the Connections screen. You pay on Stripe's page, and your plan is active as soon as you come back.

  1. Step 1: Open Connections and scroll to Plan.
  2. Step 2: Press Choose Solo or Choose Agency.
  3. Step 3: You are taken to Stripe, the company that takes the payment. Enter your card there. ListingMate never sees your card details.
  4. Step 4: When you finish you are brought back to Connections, and a line at the top says Your plan is active. Thank you.

GST is added at checkout and shown on your receipt. You are charged the same amount each month until you cancel.

There is no Plan section

If you cannot see Plan on Connections, your agency is not billed through the portal. Contact support for anything about your plan.

Messages you might see

You left Stripe without paying

You see: Checkout was cancelled. Nothing was charged.

Why: You closed Stripe's page or pressed back.

  1. Step 1: Press Choose Solo or Choose Agency again when you are ready.

You paid but the plan has not changed yet

You see: Payment received. Your plan will show here in a minute; refresh if it has not.

Why: The payment went through and ListingMate is waiting for Stripe to confirm it.

  1. Step 1: Wait a minute and reload the page.
  2. Step 2: If it has not changed after ten minutes, contact support.

The payment could not be confirmed

You see: We could not confirm that checkout. If you were charged, email hello@listingmate.com.au and we will sort it out.

Why: ListingMate could not match the payment to your agency.

  1. Step 1: Check your bank or card statement.
  2. Step 2: If you were charged, email hello@listingmate.com.au from the address you sign in with. If not, try again.

You already have a plan

You see: You already have a plan. Use Manage billing to change or cancel it.

Why: Your agency already has a subscription.

  1. Step 1: See Change your card, get a tax invoice or cancel.

Checkout would not open

You see: Could not start checkout. Please try again in a minute.

Why: Stripe did not answer.

  1. Step 1: Try again in a minute.
