Read your Insights
See how your published posts did on Facebook and Instagram over the last 30 days.
Open Insights. On a computer it is in the left menu under Workflow. On a phone, tap More, then Insights. It covers posts published in the last 30 days.
What is on the screen
- The totals across the top: Posts published, Likes, Comments and Shares.
- Your best posts: the five posts with the most likes, comments and shares, each with a link to the live post.
- By kind of post: the average for each kind, so you can see whether open home posts or just sold posts do better for you.
- By listing: your five listings with the most likes, comments and shares.
Where the numbers come from
ListingMate reads them from Facebook and Instagram. A post published in the last two days is read every few hours. An older post is read once a day. The line under the totals says when they were last updated.
On Facebook a like is any reaction. Shares are counted on Facebook only.
