Insights are blank, or a number is missing

Why Insights can show nothing, why there is no reach figure, and why a post is left out.

Nothing has been published yet

You see: Nothing published yet.

Why: Insights only counts posts that have gone out.

Step 1: Approve a post and wait for it to publish. See Approve a post.

Posts are published but there are no numbers

You see: Their likes and comments are read about once a day, so the first numbers appear within a day.

Why: The first read of a new post has not happened yet.

Step 1: Come back tomorrow.

There is no reach or views figure

You see: Reach is not shown yet: it needs a further permission from Meta.

Why: Reading how many people saw a post needs a permission that Meta has not yet granted to ListingMate. Likes, comments and shares do not need it.

Step 1: Nothing for you to do. Reach will appear on this screen once the permission is in place.

Only Instagram numbers are showing

You see: Facebook's numbers and reach are not shown yet: reading them needs a further permission from Meta.

Why: Facebook did not let ListingMate read the numbers for your Page's posts.

Step 1: If Connections shows a line asking you to reconnect to add Facebook numbers, press Reconnect with Facebook and approve every permission.
Step 2: Otherwise there is nothing to do. Your posting is not affected.

Some posts could not be read

You see: A post removed from Facebook or Instagram cannot be read, and neither can one whose connection needs renewing.

Why: The post was deleted in Facebook or Instagram, or your connection has stopped working. Those posts are left out of every total rather than counted as zero.

Step 1: Press Open Connections and check the card says Connected. If it says Reconnect needed, see Reconnect needed.
Step 2: Posts you deleted in the apps stay unreadable. That is expected.

Instagram likes are blank on some posts

If your Instagram account is set to hide like counts, Instagram does not report them, and ListingMate shows nothing rather than guessing.
