Send a vendor the plan for their property

The vendor pack is a private page that shows an owner the posts planned for their property. You send them a link.

Make the link

Step 1: Open Listings and tap the listing.
Step 2: Find Vendor pack in the card at the top.
Step 3: Press Create link.
Step 4: Press Copy link straight away and paste it into an email or message to the owner.

Warning: Copy the link when it is made. For safety it is not shown again. If you lose it, make a new one, and the old one stops working.

What the owner sees

The posts planned for their property, and the ones that have gone out. They do not see your other listings, your leads, the listing's price, or any post that failed or was cancelled. The page can be printed.

Add a password

Step 1: Under Vendor pack, press Add a password.
Step 2: Type a password of at least 6 characters and press Save.
Step 3: Send the password to the owner separately from the link, for example the link by email and the password by text.

Show them the results

Turn on Show results to the owner to let them see likes, comments and shares for the posts that have gone out. It is off to begin with. Results appear about a day after the first post is published.

How long a link lasts

60 days. The line under Vendor pack shows when it was made, how many times it has been opened, when it was last opened and when it expires. Press Turn off link to end it early, or Make a new link to replace it.

Messages you might see

The password was too short or too long

You see: A password needs 6 to 72 characters.

Why: The password was outside that length.

Step 1: Choose one between 6 and 72 characters.

A change did not save

You see: That could not be saved. Please try again.

Why: The change did not reach us.

Step 1: Try again in a minute.
