Leads: enquiries from buyers

When someone fills in the enquiry form on a listing's page, the agent is emailed and the enquiry is kept on the Leads screen.

Every listing in ListingMate has a public page of its own with an enquiry form. A lead is someone who filled that form in.

Where an enquiry goes

  • An email goes to the agent named on the listing, with the subject starting "Enquiry about".
  • If the listing has no agent email, it goes to the address you set for alerts. See Choose who gets ListingMate's emails.
  • The enquiry is also kept on Leads, whether or not an email could be sent.

Nothing is sent to the person who enquired, and they are not added to any mailing list. It is up to you to reply.

Work through your leads

  1. Step 1: Open Leads. On a computer it is in the left menu under Workflow. On a phone, tap More, then Leads.
  2. Step 2: New enquiries are marked New. Tap the email address to write back, or the phone number to call.
  3. Step 3: When you have dealt with one, press Mark handled. Press Mark as new to undo.

The number beside Leads in the menu is how many are still marked new.

Download them

Press Download CSV at the top of Leads for a spreadsheet of every enquiry, including where each one came from. The screen shows your latest 300. The download holds up to 5,000.
