Add your agents and their photos
List the people who sell for you, so their photo and number show on each listing's public page.
People and logins are two different lists. People is the agents who list properties for you. They do not need a login. Logins is who can sign in.
- Step 1: Open Team.
- Step 2: On the People card, press Add a person.
- Step 3: Type their Name.
- Step 4: Add their Email and Phone if you have them.
- Step 5: Press Add photo and choose a headshot. A JPG, PNG or WebP under 3MB. It is cropped to a square.
- Step 6: Press Add person.
How a person is matched to a listing
When a listing names its agent, ListingMate looks for that person in your list: by email first, then phone number, then exact name. If it finds them, their photo shows on the listing's public page. If it cannot tell who it is, no photo is shown.
The email is only used for matching. It is never shown on a listing page. The phone number is shown when the listing has no number of its own.
Messages you might see
The photo is too large
You see: That photo is over 3MB. Export a smaller copy and try again.
Why: Headshots are limited to 3MB.
- Step 1: Export a smaller copy, or take a screenshot of the photo and use that.
The photo is the wrong type
You see: Use a JPG, PNG or WebP photo. iPhone HEIC photos need to be exported as JPG first.
Why: iPhones save photos as HEIC by default, which cannot be used here.
- Step 1: On an iPhone, share the photo to yourself by email or message, which usually converts it to JPG, and upload that.
Two people have the same email
You see: Someone in your office already has that email address.
Why: Each person's email has to be different, because it is how listings are matched.
- Step 1: Use the person's own address, or leave the email empty.
