Remove someone's login

Take away access when someone leaves. Only the owner can do this.

  1. Step 1: Open Team and scroll to the Logins card.
  2. Step 2: Find the person's email address and press Remove.
  3. Step 3: Confirm. They are signed out and can no longer open your agency.

Who can remove a login

Only the owner. The owner is the login that was created first, and it is marked Owner in the list. The owner cannot be removed, and nobody can remove themselves.

There is no Remove button

You see: Only the owner can remove a login.

Why: You are not signed in as the owner.

  1. Step 1: Ask the owner to do it. Their address is the one marked Owner.

The owner has left the agency

You see: The owner cannot be removed.

Why: The first login cannot be removed from inside the portal.

  1. Step 1: Contact support. Tell us who the owner was and who should take over.

Note: Removing a login does not undo anything that person did. Posts they approved stay approved.
