Enquiries from buyers, and what you can show a vendor.

• Leads: enquiries from buyersWhen someone fills in the enquiry form on a listing's page, the agent is emailed and the enquiry is kept on the Leads screen.
• The public page for each listingEvery listing gets a page anyone can open, with its photos, details and an enquiry form. You can copy its link or turn it off.
• A buyer says the enquiry form did not workThe messages a member of the public can see on a listing page's enquiry form, and what each one means.
• Send a vendor the plan for their propertyThe vendor pack is a private page that shows an owner the posts planned for their property. You send them a link.
• A vendor says their link does not workWhat an owner sees when a vendor pack link has expired, been replaced, or needs a password.
