Set up your Brand kit

Give ListingMate your logo, colours, font and voice, so every draft looks and sounds like your agency.

The quickest way is to let ListingMate read your own website, then check what it found.

Fill it from your website

  1. Step 1: Open Brand kit. On a computer it is in the left menu under Setup. On a phone, tap More, then Brand kit.
  2. Step 2: In the card Fill from your website, type your website address, for example youragency.com.au.
  3. Step 3: Press Read my website. This can take up to a minute. You can keep filling in the form while you wait.
  4. Step 4: Press Show me what changed to see what was filled in. Where ListingMate was not sure, it offers its guess for you to accept with Use it or turn down with No thanks.
  5. Step 5: Check the logo, the colours and the font in the Preview panel.
  6. Step 6: Press Save Brand kit at the bottom of the page.

Warning: Reading your website saves nothing by itself. Nothing is kept until you press Save Brand kit. If you do not like what was filled in, press Undo these changes.

Or set it up by hand

  1. Step 1: Under Visual, press Upload logo and choose your logo file.
  2. Step 2: Pick one of the ready-made looks as a starting point, then set your own colours: Primary, Accent, Text, Paper and Ink.
  3. Step 3: Choose a typeface under Type and set how round the corners are.
  4. Step 4: Under Voice, pick the starting point closest to how your agency writes. See Teach ListingMate your voice.
  5. Step 5: Under Contact, fill in Agent name and a phone number.
  6. Step 6: Press Save Brand kit.

The Preview panel shows a sample listing in your colours and updates as you edit. Nothing in it is published.

Note: Changes apply to new drafts. Posts that were drafted before you saved keep the look they were made with.
