How the image on each post is made

ListingMate lays your logo and the listing's details over the listing's first photo. Here is what controls how it looks.

Each post's main image is the listing's first photo with your logo and the listing's details laid over it, in the colours and font from your Brand kit. On a post with several photos, the rest follow as plain photos in a carousel.

The image has the old logo or colours

An image is made when the post is drafted, so a post drafted before you changed your Brand kit keeps the look it was made with. Changing which photo comes first on a post remakes its image: tap Change photos, tap a different photo first, and tap Save photos. If you need a whole campaign remade in a new brand, contact support.

The image is just the plain photo

If the first photo is a WebP file, it cannot be branded and is published as the plain photo. Make the first photo a JPG or PNG. On a post, tap Change photos and tap a JPG or PNG photo first.

The wrong photo was used

The first photo of the listing leads. To lead with a different one, see Change the photos on a post.

No price on a sold post

That is on purpose. ListingMate leaves the price off just sold, leased and after settlement posts, in the words and on the image.
