Create your account

Start with your agency's name, its website and an email address. You confirm the email, and your account opens on a 14 day free trial.

Step 1: Open listingmate.com.au/signup.
Step 2: Type your Agency name, the address of Your website and your Work email.
Step 3: Press Start free trial.
Step 4: Open the email we send you and tap the link. It works for 24 hours.
Step 5: Check the agency name and email shown, then press Confirm and open ListingMate.

You land signed in on a short setup. We read your website for your logo, colours and listings, show you your first post in your own brand, and you choose which listings get posts. You can leave it at any point with Finish this later and carry on from Home. You get 14 days free with up to 6 listings running at a time, and no card is asked for.

Note: Opening the link in the email does not create anything by itself. Your account is only created when you press the button, so if the email reached you by mistake you can close the page.

Messages you might see

Signups are closed

You see: Signups are not open yet

Why: New accounts are being opened by invitation at the moment.

Step 1: Press Ask for a free campaign and we will set you up.

The link in the email is too old

You see: That confirmation link has expired. Enter your details again and we will send a new one.

Why: The link works for 24 hours.

Step 1: Enter your agency name, website and email again and use the new link.

The link is damaged

You see: That confirmation link is not valid. Enter your details again and we will send a new one.

Why: Part of the link was cut off, usually by an email app.

Step 1: Enter your details again and tap the button in the new email rather than copying the address.

The email address already has an account

You see: That email already has a ListingMate account. Enter it below and we will email you a sign-in link.

Why: You, or someone using that address, has already signed up.

Step 1: Sign in instead. See Sign in to ListingMate.

Too many tries

You see: Too many attempts. Please wait an hour and try again.

Why: The form allows a few tries an hour for each email address.

Step 1: Check your spam folder for the email you were already sent.
Step 2: Otherwise wait an hour.

The confirmation email could not be sent

You see: We could not send the confirmation email. Please try again in a few minutes.

Why: The email did not go out.

Step 1: Try again in a few minutes.
Step 2: If it fails again, contact support.

Setup did not finish

You see: We could not finish setting up your account. Nothing was created, so please try again.

Why: A fault at our end part way through. Anything half made was removed.

Step 1: Start again from the signup page.
