Set up your agency: the five steps
The setup list on Home, what each step does, and the order that gets a first post out soonest.
A new account opens on Home with a list of five things to do. You can do them in any order. The list counts them off and disappears when all five are done.
- Step 1: Set up your Brand kit. Add your logo and colours so drafts look like your agency. See Set up your Brand kit.
- Step 2: Connect Facebook & Instagram. Approved posts cannot publish until this is done. See Connect Facebook and Instagram.
- Step 3: Say who gets your emails. Approval reminders and failure alerts need an address to go to. See Choose who gets ListingMate's emails.
- Step 4: Generate your first campaign. Connect your website so ListingMate finds your listings, or paste the link to one listing. See Add a listing.
- Step 5: Approve your first post. ListingMate writes every post, and nothing publishes until you say so. See Approve a post.
We suggest the Brand kit first. Posts are drafted in whatever brand is saved at the time, so setting it up before your first campaign means the first drafts you see already look right.
Note: You can draft and read posts before Facebook is connected. You only need the connection for a post to go out.
