What the Home screen is telling you
Home lists what needs you today, what is going out, and whether your connections are working.
The line at the top of Home says the day in one sentence: how many posts need your okay, how many go out today, and how many need fixing. When there is nothing to do it says Everything's on track.
The four numbers
- Waiting: draft posts you have not approved or skipped yet. Tap it to open Approvals.
- Scheduled: posts you have approved that have not gone out yet.
- This week: posts published in the last 7 days. It is a rolling 7 days, not Monday to Sunday.
- Listings: every listing in your account.
What needs you
This is the list to work down. Each line has one button that takes you to the place to deal with it.
- Facebook is not connected, or needs reconnecting. See Connect Facebook and Instagram.
- Your website has gone quiet for longer than usual. See Your listings have stopped updating.
- A post did not publish. See A post did not go out.
- Posts are waiting for your okay. See Approve a post.
- A listing has no posts yet. See Start the posts for a listing.
When the list is empty it says You're all caught up.
The rest of the screen
- No longer on your website: questions about listings that have disappeared from your site. See A listing is no longer on your website.
- Today on air: the posts going out today, with their times.
- Connections: whether Facebook and Instagram are connected, and when your listings last updated.
- Recently published: the latest posts that went out, each with a View link to the live post.
Note: Times and dates on every screen are in your agency's own time zone, not the time zone of the device you are holding.
