Your listings have stopped updating
What to check when new listings or changes on your website are not showing up in ListingMate.
The Connections card on Home shows when your listings last updated. If your website goes three days with nothing new, Home lists it under What needs you. In a quiet week that can be right, with nothing wrong.
Check these in order
- Step 1: Is the listing on your own website yet? ListingMate reads your website, not the portals. A listing that is only on realestate.com.au will not be found.
- Step 2: Open Connections and look at the Your website card. It should say Connected. If it says Could not be read or Disconnected, press the button on the card to connect it again.
- Step 3: Give it a day. Your website is checked every day, so a listing added this afternoon may not appear until tomorrow.
- Step 4: Was the listing left unticked when you first connected? A listing you left unticked is not brought in later. Add it with New campaign and Listing link.
- Step 5: Still missing? Contact support with the address of the listing on your website.
Your free trial has ended
When the free trial ends and you have not chosen a plan, nothing starts. Listings still arrive from your website and are kept, but their posts do not start until you choose a plan on Connections. See Plans, prices and what is free.
