Connect your website so listings arrive by themselves
ListingMate reads your agency's website, you tick the listings to keep, and it checks your site every day from then on.
- Step 1: Open Connections. The first card is Your website.
- Step 2: Type your address under Website address, for example youragency.com.au.
- Step 3: Press Find my listings.
- Step 4: Wait while it reads. The first look can take up to a minute, and a large site can take several minutes. You can leave the page and come back.
- Step 5: When the list appears, tick the listings to keep. Tick all and Untick all are at the top.
- Step 6: Press the button at the bottom. It says how many listings you are keeping.
The listings you ticked are brought in and checked on your website every day. New listings that appear on your site later are picked up as well.
Note: A listing you leave unticked is not brought in later either. Only tick off the ones you never want.
What happens next
- Each listing arrives with no posts. Press Start posts for this listing on the ones you want to promote. See Start the posts for a listing.
- When a price drops, an open home is added, or a listing sells on your website, ListingMate drafts the matching post for you to approve.
- When a listing disappears from your website, ListingMate asks you why before it changes anything.
