Delete a listing
Remove a listing and every post that belongs to it. This cannot be undone.
Warning: Deleting a listing permanently removes it and all of its posts from ListingMate, including the record of posts that were published. It cannot be undone. Posts already on Facebook and Instagram stay there.
- Step 1: Open Listings and tap the listing.
- Step 2: Scroll to the bottom, to Delete this listing.
- Step 3: Press Delete listing.
- Step 4: Read the confirmation, which names the property and how many posts go with it, and press Delete listing again.
Before you delete
- If the property sold, do not delete it. Mark it sold instead, so you keep the record and get a just sold post. See When a property sells.
- If you only want to stop its posts, cancel them. See Cancel or delete a post.
It would not delete
You see: Could not delete this listing.
Why: The request did not go through.
- Step 1: Reload the page and try again.
- Step 2: If it still fails, contact support.
