Add a listing by hand
Type in the details and upload the photos yourself.
- Step 1: Press New campaign at the top right.
- Step 2: Choose Manual.
- Step 3: Fill in Headline and Suburb. These two are required.
- Step 4: Add what else you have: Street address, Property type, Beds, Baths, Cars, Price and Key features.
- Step 5: Under Listing photos, press + Add photos and choose up to 10. Wait for them to finish uploading.
- Step 6: Set the Launch date. Add a First open home if there is one.
- Step 7: Press Generate campaign.
About the photos
- JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 photos, each up to 20MB.
- The first photo leads every post and gets your logo and the listing details laid over it.
- Make the first photo a JPG or PNG. A WebP cannot be branded and is published as the plain photo.
- iPhone photos saved as HEIC need to be exported as JPG first.
Messages you might see
No photo yet
You see: Add at least one listing photo before generating.
Why: Facebook and Instagram will not take a post without an image.
- Step 1: Press + Add photos and add at least one.
The photo is the wrong type
You see: IMG_2041.HEIC is not a supported image. Use JPG, PNG, or WebP. iPhone HEIC photos need to be exported as JPG first.
Why: The file is a HEIC, a PDF or another type that cannot be used.
- Step 1: On an iPhone, share the photo to yourself by email or message, which usually converts it to JPG.
- Step 2: Upload the JPG.
The photo is too large
You see: front.jpg is 31MB. Photos up to 20MB are fine; export a smaller copy and try again.
Why: The file is over 20MB.
- Step 1: Export a smaller copy from your photo app and upload that.
Something required is missing
You see: Listing headline and suburb are required.
Why: The headline or the suburb is empty.
- Step 1: Fill in both and press Generate campaign again.
No launch date
You see: A launch date is required.
Why: Every post is timed from the launch date.
- Step 1: Set the Launch date.
The posts were not written
You see: Could not generate the campaign.
Why: The writing step did not finish.
- Step 1: Press Generate campaign again. What you typed is still in the form.
