A listing is no longer on your website: tell ListingMate why
When a listing disappears from your website, ListingMate asks whether it sold or was withdrawn before it changes anything.
If your listings come from your website, ListingMate notices when one is no longer there. A listing can vanish because it sold, because it was withdrawn, or because the page was moved. ListingMate cannot tell which, so it asks you. Nothing changes until you answer.
The question appears on Home under the heading No longer on your website. Up to five show at once. Answer those and any others come up.
What each answer does
- It sold: stops the listing's for sale posts that are still waiting, and prepares a just sold post for you to approve.
- It was withdrawn: stops the waiting posts and prepares nothing.
- It is still for sale: leaves everything as it was. ListingMate can no longer check this listing on your website, so when it does sell you mark it sold on its own listing page.
For a rental the answers are It has been leased, It was withdrawn and It is still for rent. Leased prepares a leased post for you to approve.
Note: A just sold or leased post is a draft like any other. It does not go out until you approve it in Approvals.
