Find your way around ListingMate
Where everything is, on a computer and on a phone.
On a computer
The menu runs down the left side, in three groups.
- Overview: Home, Calendar and Listings.
- Workflow: Approvals, Autopilot, Weekly posts, Reviews, Leads and Insights.
- Setup: Brand kit, Team, Connections and Help.
A number beside Approvals is how many posts are waiting for your tick. A number beside Leads is how many enquiries nobody has marked as handled. A red mark beside Connections means Facebook is not connected, so nothing can publish.
Your email address and Sign out are at the bottom of the menu. The New campaign button is at the top right of every screen.
On a phone
The menu is a bar along the bottom with five tabs: Home, Approvals, Calendar, Listings and More.
Tap More for everything else: Leads, Autopilot, Weekly posts, Reviews, Brand kit, Team, Connections, Insights, Help and Sign out. A red dot on More means Facebook is not connected.
The plus button at the top right starts a new campaign.
Search
The search box at the top of every screen jumps to any screen or any of your listings. Type part of an address. On a computer you can open it with Command and K on a Mac, or Control and K on Windows.
Note: There is no screen called Settings. Facebook, Instagram, your website and your plan are all on Connections. Your logo, colours and fonts are on Brand kit.
