How ListingMate works

A listing comes in, ListingMate plans and drafts its whole social campaign in your brand, you approve, and the posts publish on schedule.

Step 1: A listing comes in. ListingMate reads it from your own website, or you paste a link, or you type it in.
Step 2: ListingMate plans the campaign: a post for each moment in the listing's life, from just listed to just sold.
Step 3: It writes each caption in your agency's voice and makes each image in your colours, with your logo.
Step 4: The posts arrive as drafts on Approvals. You read them, change anything you like, and approve.
Step 5: Each approved post publishes to your Facebook Page and Instagram at its time.
Step 6: When the listing changes, for example a price drop, a new open home or a sale, ListingMate drafts the next post for you.

Note: Nothing is published until a person at your agency approves it, unless you have chosen to turn on Autopilot for the everyday posts.

What you need

A Facebook Page for your agency, and the login of someone who is an admin of it.
An Instagram Business or Creator account linked to that Page, if you want posts on Instagram.
Your listings on your own website, or the details and photos to hand.
Your logo, ideally a PNG with a transparent background.
