Get a caption rewritten, or change what kind of post it is

Change a post's stage, for example from Feature to Open home, and have ListingMate suggest new words for it.

Each post belongs to a stage of the campaign, such as Just listed, Open home or Price improvement. The stage is the small dropdown on the post. If a post is the wrong kind, change the stage, then ask for words that suit it.

Step 1: On Approvals, find the post.
Step 2: Pick a different stage from the dropdown on the post. This saves straight away. The caption does not change yet.
Step 3: Tap Rewrite for this stage. On a phone the button says Rewrite.
Step 4: A suggested caption appears in a box under the caption you have now.
Step 5: Tap Use this copy to take it, or Discard to keep the caption you had.

You can also tap Rewrite for this stage without changing the stage, to get a different take on the same post. Your own caption is never overwritten until you tap Use this copy.

Messages you might see

You have reached the daily limit for AI drafts

You see: You have reached today's limit for AI drafts. It resets at 10am Brisbane time. You can still write or edit the post yourself.

Why: Your plan has a daily limit on AI rewrites.

Step 1: Tap Edit and change the words yourself. There is no limit on that.
Step 2: Or wait until after 10am Brisbane time, or choose a plan on Connections to remove the limit.

No suggestion came back

You see: Could not draft that caption.

Why: The writing service did not answer.

Step 1: Tap Rewrite for this stage again in a minute.

The stage did not change

You see: Could not change the stage.

Why: The change did not save.

Step 1: Pick the stage again.
Step 2: If it still fails, reload the page. The post may have been published or skipped by someone else.
