You approved a post by mistake

An approved post can still be edited, moved or cancelled until the moment it is published.

Approving a post does not send it straight away. It waits for its go-live time. Until then you can still change it or stop it.

Step 1: Open Listings and tap the listing the post belongs to.
Step 2: Find the post under Scheduled.
Step 3: To fix the words or the time, tap Edit, make the change and tap Save changes.
Step 4: To stop it going out at all, tap Cancel post. On a phone the button says Cancel.

You can do the same from Calendar: tap the day, then use Reschedule or Cancel post on the post.

Warning: Once a post has been published, ListingMate cannot take it back. Delete it in Facebook or Instagram.

You see: That post can't be cancelled, it may have already published.

Why: The post went out before you cancelled it.

Step 1: Open the listing. The post is under Published with a link to the live post.
Step 2: Delete it in Facebook and in Instagram if you need it gone.
