Move a post to another day or time
Drag a post on the Calendar, or set an exact date and time.
You can move any post that has not been published or cancelled, whether or not it has been approved.
Drag it (on a computer)
- Step 1: Open Calendar in Month or Week view.
- Step 2: Drag the post onto another day.
- Step 3: A message confirms the new day. The time of day stays the same.
Set an exact date and time (computer or phone)
- Step 1: Open Calendar and tap the day the post is on.
- Step 2: On the post, tap Reschedule.
- Step 3: Choose the new date and time.
- Step 4: Tap Save time.
You can also change the time from Approvals or from the listing's page: tap Edit, change Go-live time, then Save changes.
Messages you might see
The new time is in the past
You see: Pick a time in the future. A post dated in the past publishes as soon as it's approved.
Why: You dropped the post on a day that has gone, or chose a time earlier than now.
- Step 1: Choose a day and time later than now.
The post will not drag
You see: Just listed · 9:00 am · already published, it can't be moved
Why: The post has already gone out. Hold the pointer over a post on a computer and it tells you whether it can be moved.
- Step 1: Nothing can be changed on a published post from ListingMate.
The move did not save
You see: Could not reschedule.
Why: The change did not reach us, or the post was published in the meantime.
- Step 1: Reload the page and check where the post is now.
- Step 2: Try the move again.
