Use the Calendar

Calendar shows every post your agency has, on the day it goes out. It includes drafts you have not approved yet, so you can see the whole plan.

Three views

• Month: the whole month as a grid. This is what a computer opens on.
• Week: one week, with more room for each post.
• Agenda: a list in date order under the heading What's coming up. This is what a phone opens on.

Use the arrows to move back and forward, and Today to come back.

What the dots mean

• Waiting: a draft that needs your approval.
• Scheduled: approved, and will go out at its time.
• Published: it has gone out.
• Needs attention: it tried to go out and failed. See A post did not go out.

See one day

Tap a day to open it. Each post shows its image, caption, time and where it is going. A published post has links to View on Facebook and View on Instagram.

Narrow it down

Filter by Platform, Status or Listing. On a phone, tap Filter to open the same three choices, and Clear filters to see everything again.
