Weekly posts: keep your page moving in a quiet week

ListingMate can draft a few posts a week that are not about a listing, such as a seller tip or an appraisal invitation. They wait for your tick like any other.

Weekly posts need a paid plan. They are drafts: nothing goes out until you approve it on Approvals, where each one carries a Weekly post label.

Turn them on

  1. Step 1: Open Weekly posts. On a computer it is in the left menu under Workflow. On a phone, tap More, then Weekly posts.
  2. Step 2: Under What to write about, tick the kinds you want.
  3. Step 3: To use Local, add at least one suburb under Your areas: type it and press Add. You can list up to 6.
  4. Step 4: Under How many a week, choose 1, 2 or 3.
  5. Step 5: Press Turn weekly posts on.

The kinds

  • Appraisal: invites owners thinking of selling to ask for an appraisal.
  • Seller tip: one practical tip for preparing a home for sale.
  • Buyer tip: one practical tip for someone looking to buy.
  • Renting tip: one practical tip for tenants or landlords.
  • Local: something to appreciate about one of your suburbs, in general terms.
  • Meet us: an introduction to your agency, written from your Brand kit.
  • Review: one of your saved reviews, word for word. See Turn a review into a post.

Note: These posts never quote prices, statistics or market claims, and never name a business or a street. If one reads wrong, skip it. It will not be replaced that week.
