Pull back a post Autopilot approved
Move a post Autopilot approved back to your drafts before it goes out.
Each time Autopilot approves a post, you get an email. The post is marked Approved by Autopilot wherever it appears, on the listing's page and on the Calendar. It will not go out before tomorrow at the earliest.
- Step 1: Open Calendar and tap the day the post is on, or open the listing from Listings.
- Step 2: Find the post marked Approved by Autopilot.
- Step 3: Press Back to draft.
The post goes back to Approvals and waits for you. Autopilot will leave that post alone from then on, so it will not approve it a second time.
If you only want to change the words or the time, you do not need to pull it back. Press Edit on the post instead.
It could not be moved back
You see: Could not move this post back.
Why: The post has already been published, or is going out this minute.
- Step 1: Reload the page to see where the post is now.
- Step 2: If it has been published, see Change or remove a post that has already been published.
