Posts are going to the wrong Facebook Page
If you manage more than one Page and picked the wrong one, reconnect and choose again.
The Facebook and Instagram card on Connections names the Page that posts go to. Each ListingMate agency posts to one Facebook Page and the Instagram account linked to it.
- Step 1: Open Connections.
- Step 2: At the bottom of the Facebook and Instagram card, press Reconnect with Facebook.
- Step 3: Go through Facebook's screens. Where it asks which Pages to share, make sure the right Page is selected.
- Step 4: Back in ListingMate, if the account manages several Pages, pick the right one from the list.
- Step 5: Press Test connection and check the Page name and the Instagram name in the line that appears.
Warning: A post that has already been published to the wrong Page stays there. ListingMate does not delete published posts. Remove it in Facebook or Instagram yourself.
